## Our pick: The top 5 HIIT studios in the UK
21st October 2021
### Share This:
High-intensity interval training has been a fitness staple for the past decade. It’s even featured in the top five in [The ACSM’s Worldwide Survey of Fitness Trends](https://journals.lww.com/acsm-healthfitness/Fulltext/2021/01000/Worldwide_Survey_of_Fitness_Trends_for_2021.6.aspx) for the past seven years running.
But where can you find the best HIIT classes in the UK?
By using unique tech integrations and focusing on the member experience, our clients have innovated the delivery of HIIT classes. Read on to find out our top five HIIT studios that we've worked on in the UK.
## Gym Group | Fiit class integration
We worked with [The Gym Group](https://www.hutchison-t.com/case-studies/gym-group-altrincham) to create an immersive fitness studio experience, making high quality and experiential group exercise accessible to the masses.
The Gym Group use best-in-class audio-visual tech and custom-coded integrations with Fiit, the #1 rated fitness app, to deliver live and on-demand classes in a way never before seen.
Their one-of-a-kind studio mimics the lighting and audio sequences shown on the Fiit class content, giving members the impression that they are in the same studio as the instructors.
Bringing an [immersive fitness experience](https://www.hutchison-t.com/blog/what-immersive-fitness-studios-are-and-why-you-need-one-at-your-facility) to their members that had only been available in high-end boutique gyms fits perfectly with The Gym Group’s mission statement; ‘Breaking down barriers to fitness for all’.
## David Lloyd | Blaze
##
Looking to conquer the demand for HIIT and the explosion of boutique studios, David Lloyd Clubs met the trend head-on with '[Blaze](https://www.hutchison-t.com/case-studies/david-lloyd-blaze)'.
Delivered in its purpose-built studio, Blaze is an instructor-led circuit style group workout that combines cardio, martial arts, and strength training.
Through ultramodern aesthetics, seamless tech integration, and intuitive control, David Lloyd creates an authentic fitness experience to rival even the very best of boutique studios.
## Gymbox | HIIT with edge
With a huge list of unique and exciting classes, [Gymbox gives HIIT](https://www.gymbox.com/classes) a whole new meaning. ‘Badass’, ‘Battlebells’, ‘Escalate’ and ‘Reppin’ are just some of the classes you can try at their signature subterranean gyms.
Their venues are kitted out with a host of incredible AV and lighting that packs a serious punch. Combined with their cool, world-class instructors, these classes make for a member experience you can’t get anywhere else.
## Core Wellness Centres | HIIT classes for rehabilitation
Bringing wellness, chiropractic care, nutrition and a functional gym studio together, [Core Wellness Centres](https://www.hutchison-t.com/case-studies/corewellness) provide members with a full 360 fitness journey. A variety of classes are included in their rehab program, and all involve strength, cardiovascular and flexibility exercise.
Led by personal trainers and rehab specialists, the classes at Core Wellness Centres take place under an array of feature lights that sync to the sections of the class. Members can track and visualise their progress in real-time thanks to a Myzone integration displayed on a large screen.
What sets this HIIT studio apart is the philosophy of owner, Dr Joe Tilley – “Movement is life and life is movement! Exercise to us is not optional, it’s a necessity!”
## Victus Soul | HIIT. BOX. RUN. RECOVER.
London boutique gym, [Victus Soul](https://www.hutchison-t.com/case-studies/victus-soul), offers two class concepts: HIIT & RUN and HIIT & BOX. Both are specially designed to help you improve endurance, strength and tone.
The workouts take place in darkened studios, with feature lighting getting members in the mood to give their all. Victus Soul also uses tailored scents to create an immersive experience. Tied in with the lighting and sound, members are given the feeling of walking into the boxing bout of their lives.
So, there you have it, our top five HIIT studios in the UK. All five are incredible venues that we loved working on.
